Get in touch

Each Goodwin location has a dedicated Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) who knows everything there is to know about Goodwin and residential care.

They’re your first point of call. Always ready to provide information – no matter what stage of the journey you’re at.

Apply to Goodwin

It’s important you fill in the Goodwin application. You can download the form here.

Our admissions process can seem complex but it’s essential to make sure we have all the necessary information to provide you with the best care.

Await your room offer

We will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible as soon as we have a room vacant and suitable for your needs.

The Deputy Director of Nursing may schedule a time to meet to access suitability.

Receive admissions pack

On offer of a room at your requested located, you will have seven days to complete the required admissions documents.

Move into your new home!

Whether you are transitioning from your home or the hospital, we are here to support your move.

Sudden changes can be a lot to take in, so we encourage you to ask questions and bring whatever you need to help you really feel at home.
